General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Aroi Swiss GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Aroi Swiss” or “we”).

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including statutory VAT (where applicable).
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available exclusively within Switzerland (optional: and Liechtenstein).
The delivery time is generally 2–5 business days.
If an item is unavailable, we will inform you immediately.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card
- Paypal
- Twint
- Klarna
- Other payment options listed in the shop
The charge is made upon completion of the order.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Aroi Swiss GmbH until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For hygiene reasons, returns of food products are generally excluded.
If products are defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund in such cases.
9. Guarantee (“30-Day Taste or Money-Back Guarantee”)
We are convinced of the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the taste within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the purchase price.
1. Voluntary Service
The 30-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary additional service provided by Aroi Swiss GmbH and exists independently of any statutory warranty rights.
2. Claim Period
The guarantee can be claimed within 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. Conditions
- At least 4 out of 6 portions must be unopened (or a comparable quantity depending on the pack).
- Already consumed portions are permitted.
- The customer must submit the guarantee claim in writing via email or contact form.
4. Return of Goods
- The goods must be returned to the address specified by us.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the corresponding purchase price will be refunded within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
10. Cancellation of Subscription
The subscription can be cancelled at any time via the personal customer account in the online store, by email to info@aroi.store, or in writing by post. Telephone or verbal cancellations are not accepted.
The cancellation period is 14 days before the end of the current term.
If no cancellation is made, the subscription will automatically renew for the originally selected term (monthly).
There is no automatic reminder before renewal.
If a customer cancels after the cancellation deadline, the subscription ends at the next possible regular termination date. Any amounts already paid for the current period will not be refunded.
11. Liability
Aroi Swiss GmbH excludes all liability for minor negligent breaches of duty.
Product liability under Swiss law remains unaffected.
12. Data Protection
Our separate privacy policy applies. Es gilt unsere separate privacy policy.
13. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
